Packhill Realty Pvt Ltd. encourages confident people belonging to middle and high income groups to invest in lands/plots etc. through share purchasing, following which a joint venture (JV) housing project like Sunshine Enclave, has been initiated in 2018. ‘SUNSHINE ENCLAVE’, is a housing project in Newtown, AA-III, Kolkata- 700135. In February 2026, our land owners or shareholders of the Sunshine Enclave project will be given their flat/s against their ‘shares’ (land) by the developer. Each share (approximately 1.25 decimal of land) begets a 2BHK modern flat between 870 to 900 sqft. area , claiming a market price (of this flat) between Rs. 55 lakh – Rs. 60 lakh, as of now, in December 2024.
We now look forward to the next decade with higher goals, putting together modern architectural design, technology, innovative minds to have premium lifestyle blessed in nature’s lap and allowing ‘smart people’ to live in environmentfriendly vicinity at on affordable price. Sometimes, in exchange of land ‘share’, smart people are getting modern green flats through our expertise, developed through a joint venture (JV) housing project. Modern green flats in a Green housing project will be delivered to our shareholders within 3 years of having the sanction plan of the proposed Green housing project.

The ‘Sunshine Enclave’ – a joint venture (JV) housing project initiated by Packhill Realty Pvt. Ltd., is a reality now. It is on the verge of completion. Right now, we have more than 500 acres of land in 3 districts – Hooghly, Bankura and Howrah – in West Bengal . These plots are situated closer to the vicinity of proposed Varanasi-Kolkata Expressway, which is also known as Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Expressway. For improving connectivity, tourism and economic growth in eastern India, the Govt. of India has made a plan to develop this new expressway from Varanasi to Kolkata via Ranchi. The proposed expressway will go through four states – UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Once the expressway is developed, West Bengal will have naturally enormous growth in terms of industries and socio-economic development.
Our 2nd housing project- both residential and commercial, at Gurap in Hooghly district, in West Bengal, is progressing steadfastly. The 3rd housing project is in AA-III, Newtown, Kolkata, and this will be a Green Project – first of its kind in vicinity of Newtown.
